nature which Redefined Fragrances or any third party may suffer which is caused by or attributable to, whether directly or indirectly, your use of the website.

(whether express, implied in law or residual) regarding the website. To the extent permitted by
applicable laws, Redefined Fragrances shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss,

nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party, as a result of or which may

information contained on the website and you waive any and all claims which you may have

consequential) or expense of any nature whatsoever, which may be suffered by you as a result

liability shall apply regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, delict, strict

of business or loss of profits) incurred or sustained by you or any third party howsoever arising in

Brokers in relation to the subject matter hereof. Neither you nor Redefined Fragrances shall be bound by any express, tacit or implied representation, warranty, promise or the like not recorded herein.
These terms and conditions supersede and replace all prior commitments, undertakings or
representations, whether written or oral, between you and Redefined Fragrances in respect of the subject
matter hereof. No addition to, variation or agreed cancellation of any provision of these terms
and conditions shall be binding upon Redefined Fragrances unless agreed to by Redefined Fragrances. No indulgence
or extension of time which Redefined Fragrances may grant to you will constitute a waiver of or, whether by estoppel or otherwise, limit any of the existing or future rights of Redefined Fragrances in terms hereof, save in the event or to the extent that Redefined Fragrances has signed a written document expressly waiving or limiting such rights.
2. Redefined Fragrances shall be entitled to cede, assign and delegate all or any of its rights and obligations in terms of these terms and conditions to any third party without notice to you.
3. All provisions of these terms and conditions are, notwithstanding the manner in which they
have been linked grammatically, severable from each other. Any provision of these terms and
conditions which is or becomes unenforceable in any jurisdiction, whether due to voidness,
invalidity, illegality, unlawfulness or for any reason whatever shall, in such jurisdiction only and
only to the extent that it is so unenforceable, be disregarded and the remaining provisions of
these terms and conditions shall remain of full force and effect.
4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of the Republic of South Africa without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. You
hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts in respect of any disputes
arising in connection with these terms and conditions or any matter related to or in connection
therewith.

By registering for the Redefined Fragrances Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility & Registration

• The Affiliate Program is open to individuals aged 18 and older with an active social media presence.
• Applicants must provide accurate and complete registration details. Failure to do so may result in rejection or removal from the program.
• Redefined Fragrances reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Code & Commissions

• Upon approval, each affiliate will receive a unique promo code that offers customers 5% off their purchase.
• Affiliates earn 5% commission per successful sale made using their promo code.
• Commission is calculated on the total product value (excluding taxes, shipping fees, or discounts beyond the promo code).

3. Payouts & Thresholds

• Commissions are paid on the last day of each month via bank EFT only.
• A minimum balance of R25 must be met before payout. If the threshold is not reached, the balance rolls over to the next month.
• Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that the banking details provided are correct. Redefined Fragrances is not liable for payments sent to incorrect details.

4. Promotion Guidelines

• Affiliates may promote Redefined Fragrances via social media, blogs, and personal networks but must not engage in misleading or deceptive marketing.
• Any false claims about the brand, product quality, pricing, or benefits may result in immediate termination.

5. Termination & Violations

• Redefined Fragrances reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate’s account if they violate any terms.
• Commissions earned through fraudulent or unethical means will not be paid.
• Redefined Fragrances may discontinue or modify the Affiliate Program at any time without prior notice.

By participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

By registering as a Redefined Fragrances Reseller, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility & Registration

• The Reseller Program is open to individuals and businesses aged 18 and older.
• A minimum purchase of 5 bottles per order is required to qualify for reseller pricing.
• Redefined Fragrances reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke reseller status at its discretion.

2. Ordering & Reseller Discount

• Approved resellers will receive a unique discount code to purchase fragrances at the exclusive price of R100 per bottle with free delivery.
• The discount code is for reseller use only and must not be shared with customers. Any misuse may result in account suspension.
• Orders must be placed through the official Redefined Fragrances website using the reseller’s exclusive code at checkout.

3. Pricing & Sales

• The recommended resale price is R185 per bottle, but resellers may set their own pricing at their discretion.
• Redefined Fragrances is not responsible for the reseller’s profit margins, marketing, or sales performance.
• Resellers are responsible for handling their own customer transactions, refunds, and support.

4. Product Representation & Branding

• Resellers must accurately represent Redefined Fragrances products without making false or misleading claims.
• The reseller program does not grant any exclusive territories or rights—other resellers may operate in the same area..

5. Liability & Disputes

• Redefined Fragrances is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from a reseller’s independent sales.
• Resellers agree to comply with all local business laws and tax regulations applicable to their operations.
• Redefined Fragrances reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Reseller Program at any time without prior notice.

By joining the Reseller Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Shipping Policy:
All orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we aim to deliver within 12-14 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen events.

Exchange Policy:
We only offer exchanges if the item/s arrive broken or damaged. If you receive a damaged product, kindly contact our customer service team at info@redefinedfragrances.co.za or WhatsApp us on 076 186 5201. Kindly provide a clear photo of the damaged item, within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist with the exchange process.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for items that are used, opened or returned due to personal preference. We encourage you to read the fragrance descriptions carefully before placing your order.

– Exchanges will only be provided for items that arrive damaged or broken
